Registration
To use myPhotomania services you must register.
Registration is free and involves no obligations of any type.
Once registered you can upload your photos and create your albums at no cost.

Login
The login enables you to access your reserved area where you can upload your
photos and create your albums, manage your orders and lots more. To login insert
the username and password chosen in the at the moment of registration in the
“Login” box in the menu on the left hand side.
Your reserved are
Once you’ve correctly logged in you can access your reserved area. On
the left a menu will appear with all the services and options which are offered
by myPhotomania. You can also check the data and statistics of your account.
Profile
In the “Profile” page you can modify the basic information on your
profile, change the email where you receive communications, change password,
ask for an SMS to be sent when an order is sent to you, unsubscribe from the
Newsletter etc. All these operations are performed with a simple click!
Destinations
MyPhotoMania requires very little data for registration so as not to waste your
time, to protect your privacy and to help you without to discover its functions
effortlessly. Only when you want to become a customer and fully exploit the
digital printing system is it necessary to insert the address where you wish
the photos and your invoice to be sent.
You can insert one or more destination addresses and also select different invoice
details which are different from those inserted previously.
Create un album
You can create all the albums you want for free) To create an album click on
album , write the name and description
of the album and click on “Insert”. At his point you can upload
your photos into your album by clicking on the button “Insert photo”
at the side of the album or on “Upload Photo”.
For more detailed information go to the paragraph "Insert the photos”
in this guide. In the page “Album”, you can check the list of albums
created, represented by one of the pictures they contain.
Beside each album there are buttons for inserting new photos, visualising photos already inserted, renaming the album, eliminating it, adding the album to the cart to have it printed. To print an album, read the paragraph “Order” in this guide.
Insert photos
By clicking on the “Upload Photo”, button on the left-hand menu
of your reserved area you can load the photos into your albums with a simple
click. At the top of the same page there is information about space available,
free space, used space and the maximum size for each single upload session.
How to insert your photos?
1. Select the album in which you want to insert your photos;
2. Go to the folder which contains your photos in the frame on the left;
3. Select the photos which appear in the right frame and drag them into the
lower frame containing the list of photos ready to be loaded;
4. Click on "Load" and wait until loading is completed.
Do you want to load all the photos in the folder?
Click on “Select all” followed by “Add all” immediately
below. Finally, click on “load”. To practise doing this you can
create a test album which you can later eliminate.
Order
To order your photos, log in with your username and password: in the menu on
the left of your reserved area you will see the section “Order”
with a Predefined Article selected.
How to order an entire album?
1. Select the desired format ( Predefined Article) in the “Order”
menu;
2. Go to the “Album” page and click on “Add to Cart”;
3. A new menu entitled “Cart” will appear with the number of photos
and the number of copies currently in the cart. If you want to order a second
copy of the album just click again on "Add to cart" at the side of
the album and you will see that the number of copies ordered will be updated
automatically.
How to order one of more photos?
1. Select the desired format ( Predefined Article) in the “Order”
menu;
2. Go to the “Album” page and click on 'See photo” or else
click directly on the photo which represents the album;
3. You will see the list of photos contained in the album: choose the photo
you want to print and click on the button “Add to Cart”;
4. A new menu entitled “Cart” will appear with the number of photos
and the number of copies currently in the cart. If you want to order a second
copy of the photo just click again on "Add to cart" at the side of
the photo and you will see that the number of copies ordered will be updated
automatically.
You can order single photos or entire albums or both of them at the same time
in the formats you prefer.
In the “Album” page and in the “photographs” page you
can always check the format currently selected. If you add an album or a photograph
to the cart they will be ordered in the selected format.
So, check which format is selected and, if necessary, modify it to the one you
prefer. If you realise you have made an error, you can empty the cart at any
time clicking on "Empty Cart", and then restart the order procedure.
Have you chosen the photos to print and selected the format and now
wish to proceed with the order?
Click on “Order” in the menu on the left or click directly on the
number of photos or copies in the menu “Cart”. In this way you will
visualise the contents of the cart.
You photos are grouped according to format and options chosen.
You can change the settings for a group ( paper, method and options) by selecting
the changes and clicking on the button “Apply” ( two blue arrows
chasing each other). Click on “Proceed” to confirm the information
about the order, despatch and payment.
The average time required to make an order is only 3 minutes (excluding the
preparation of the photos and the album): order

How many operations can I perform on each photo?
- You can increase / diminish the number of copies by clicking on “-”
e “+”;
- You can change paper, method and options by clicking on the button shaped
like a gear wheel;
- You can activate red-eye correction ( initially deactivated ) by clicking
on the appropriate button (cost €0,20 x photograph);
- You can eliminate a photo from the cart by clicking on the trash can.

What does the flag under each photo mean?
The little flag has different colours and indicates the quality of the image
with reference to the chosen format:
(green flag): means that the size of the photograph is optimal for the selected
format. Excellent final print;
(yellow flag): means the size of the photo is sufficient for the format chosen.
Good final print;
(red flag): means that the size of the photograph is not sufficient for the
chosen format. Print might be grainy.
Order Status
In the “ Order Status” page you can check the status of your order.
If the order is:
- awaiting payment, means that we’re waiting for receipt of your
payment before processing the order;
- in preparation: means that your order is in preparation and will
be despatched within 48 hours;
- sent: means that your order has been sent.

Clicking on “Rechargeable”, in your reserved area, you can see:
1. The credits resulting from your payments or the earnings from the purchases
